Policy
1. Check in 14:00 Check out by 11:00. 2. Maximum of 2 people. We cannot add extra beds
We reserve the right to cancel, with charge, where numbers exceed maximum occupancy. 3. Pets are not allowed. 4. Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas. 5.No stag and hen groups. 6. Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge when you book direct.
Payment Conditions
A deposit equal to the full booking amount is required. The deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions. Payment by Direct Deposit or by Visa, Mastercard - a charge of 1.75%. 3% for international cards.
Cancellation Conditions
If a booking is cancelled less than 10 days before arrival then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.
If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to AUD 150.00 admin fee will be made.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
